Fact-checked Saturn vs Earth worksheets for ages 8–12: compare size, distance, gravity, day length and year length using numbers from NASA’s fact sheets, try the bathtub test with real densities, label the layers inside Saturn, then take a true-or-false quiz, with a full answer key.

What’s inside:

- Fact file: Saturn and Earth side by side (NASA fact-sheet numbers)

- How big is Saturn? About 9 Earths wide, drawn to scale

- Would it float? The bathtub test, comparing densities with water

- How far away is Saturn? Three official distances compared

- What would you weigh on Saturn? (gravity at the cloud level, equator and poles)

- A short day and a very long year

- What’s inside Saturn? Label the layers

- True or false quiz (10 questions)

- Answer key

- Credits, licence & sources

Pages: 11 (including cover and credits). Sizes: A4 (210 × 297 mm) and US Letter (8.5 × 11 in), both PDFs included in one zip.

Printing: Print at 100% / actual size on A4 or US Letter. Inside pages use light backgrounds and print well in black and white; covers are dark, so start from page 2 to save ink.

Every fact is checked against NASA, JPL and ESA web pages (checked 27 Oct 2026) and the sources are listed on each pack’s credits page. Facts that can change, such as Saturn’s moon count (NASA pages currently disagree: 293 or 274; where a pack gives the count, both figures are shown), mission plans such as Dragonfly, and new findings such as the question of Titan’s ocean, are true as of that date. Pictures are public-domain NASA, ESA and JPL images from Wikimedia Commons; artist’s impressions are labelled as such, and drawings, puzzles and layouts are REALLYBYTE’s own work. Not endorsed by NASA, ESA or JPL.
