Climate Change Fact Cards: Causes, Evidence & Effects

Twenty-four fact-checked climate change cards in six colour groups: the basics, the greenhouse effect, causes, evidence, effects, and history and action. Each card has two or three short facts from the Met Office, NASA, NOAA, the UN or Britannica. Cut them out to sort, match and quiz.

What’s inside:

- How to use the cards, with four games

- Twenty-four fact cards, four to a page, in six colour groups: the basics, the greenhouse effect, causes, evidence, effects, and history and action

- Credits, licence & sources

Pages: 9 (including cover and credits). Sizes: A4 (210 × 297 mm) and US Letter (8.5 × 11 in), both PDFs included in one zip.

Printing: Print at 100% / actual size on A4 or US Letter, so nothing gets squashed. Inside pages use light backgrounds and print well in black and white; covers are dark, so start from page 2 to save ink.

Every fact is checked against the Met Office, NASA, NOAA, the United Nations and Encyclopaedia Britannica (checked 3 Nov 2026), and the sources are listed on each pack’s credits page. The cover uses two public-domain images via Wikimedia Commons (a NOAA photo of Charles David Keeling and John Chin at Mauna Loa Observatory in 1997, and NASA’s view of the 2023 Arctic sea ice minimum); inside pages have no photos. Drawings, puzzles and layouts are REALLYBYTE’s own work. Not endorsed by the Met Office, NASA, NOAA, the UN or Britannica.
